How it Works
Every country has its own home page, here you will find a link to the visa application form and links to tourist visa, business visa and possibly other types of visa.

These links reveal specific visa information, presented as a printable document. No you know exactly how you can apply for a visa, including prices etc.

Follow the instructions and send the whole packet (including your passport) aangetekend to our post office box (see ”Postage”).

As soon as we receive your passport and additional documents, we will send you an e-mail with confirmation.

-we check your application
-we apply for a visa at the embassy
-we solve problems if necessary
-we pick up the passport at the embassy
-we send your passport back to you.

We will monitor the whole process and contact you if necessary.

During the process you will receive e-mails, so you know what we are doing.

We will send your passport back by “Aangetekende post” (€ 9,50); when this takes too long, we will contact you.
