On our invoice, you will find the following details:
-the prices of visa from the embassy
-possible some extra costs for invitations etc.
-the costs for our services
-the costs for postage
-the VAT we have to pay

At almost all embassies you have to pay for the visa in advance, we do this for you.
Note: when a visa application will be refused, the embassy will not give the visa fee back!

For our service we also don’t use the “no cure, no pay” rules; whether the visa application is approved or not, we delivered our service.

You will pay by “éénmalige incasso”.
The authorization is part of the order form, don’t forget to fill in and sign this form otherwise we refuse to handle your application!

We collect the invoice in total before we send back your passport.

You can pay in cash (no PIN) at our office.
