“Aangetekende” and “Garantiepost” have to be sent to our post office box.
There will be a note in the box stating that there is a “poststuk met aanvullende dienst” at the post office.
With this note we will go to the desk and sign for receipt.
When using a courier, you have to send it to our visitors address; a courier cannot deliver packages to a P.O. box address.
You can bring it to the office yourself, call us first so we know you are coming.

Sometimes the embassies are very busy and the processing time will be increase.
A visa must be used within a certain period of time.
If you apply for a visa too early, the visa may be expired before departure.
This is one of the key points GVS will check.
We advice you to apply one month before departure.
Returning your passport, we follow the next rules.
We will send your passport back by “Aangetekende post”.
(PostNL has to deliver the package within 72 hours.)
If this takes too long, we will contact you.
If you use a return envelope, please don’t attach the “Aantekenen” sticker on the envelope!
So we can choose an other way to send it back.
We will buy the “Aantekenen” sticker from you.
