When you want to apply for a visa, you need to fill in one or more application forms of the embassy and attach a photo (in colour) to it.
Also you have to send your passport, in which the visa will be attached.

Some countries have an online application system.
The application and payment are submitted trough internet, but you still have to visit the embassy. (We handle this types of applications as well.)

A small number of countries use file numbers instead of stickers or stamps.
You have to mention the number at the border.

Some tips...
-fill in the application form carefully, completely and truthfully
-answer all questions, they must have had reasons to ask them, even if they seem to be nonense
-fill in the form in the language the form is prepared, if you don’t know the language use English
-use original photos in colour, no photocopies, write your name and signature at the back
-make photocopies of all documents, only send original documents if asked for
